The use of services provided by Prinmedia establishes an agreement to these terms. By registering or using our services, you agree that you have read and fully understood the following Terms of Service, and Prinmedia will not be held liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of service.

GENERAL

By placing an order with Prinmedia, you automatically accept all the below-listed Terms of Service whether you read them or not.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service without notice. You are expected to read all Terms of Service before placing an order to ensure you are up to date with any changes.

You will only use the Prinmedia website in a manner that follows all agreements made with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or other social media platforms on their individual Terms of Service pages.

Prinmedia rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.

Prinmedia does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered.

Prinmedia tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected by our resellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.


AIM

Prinmedia is created to help social media influencers boost their profile online and to increase the social media activities of business owners for better sales effectiveness.


DISCLAIMER

Prinmedia will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.


LIABILITIES

Prinmedia is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or any other social media platform.


SERVICES

Prinmedia will only be used to promote your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or other social accounts and help boost your "Appearance" and "Activity" depending on the service you paid for.

We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you; we simply guarantee you will receive the followers you pay for.

We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.

You will not upload anything into the Prinmedia site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or other social media communities.

Private accounts will not receive a refund. Please ensure that your account is public before ordering.


REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be made to your Prinmedia wallet so you can use your refund to replace your order or place a new order if the service you paid for is not delivered.

You agree that once you complete a payment and your wallet has been credited, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. However, if your payment is not added to your wallet, kindly contact the Prinmedia support team, and we will resolve your issue within 24 hours.

If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit has been completed or added to your wallet, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from the website. We also reserve the right to remove any followers or likes we delivered to you or your clients' Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or other social media accounts.

If your orders are placed correctly and for any reason you did not get the value for your service (Note: Every order has a start count; sometimes the start count can be delayed due to server issues but will definitely be delivered), kindly contact support if you think your order is taking too long (depending on the start count). You will receive a refund credit to your Prinmedia account if the order is non-deliverable.

Lost or private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Kindly make sure to confirm each and every order before placing it. Go through our FAQ to learn more about how to place orders correctly.

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account, and you will be reported to the Anti-Fraud Squad.

Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. Every order has a start and end count. Using two or more servers at the same time will disrupt the start and end count; hence, you will not get the correct number of services paid for.

NOTE: No refill or refund if the link gets broken or the profile is disabled, deleted, deactivated, banned, or if the username is changed.


PRIVACY POLICY

This policy covers how we use your Personal Information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. All information is encrypted and saved on secure servers.

Parent Companies and Affiliates: We may share your information with parent companies, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control (“Affiliates”), provided they honor this Privacy Policy.

Related Companies: We may share your Personal Data with our Related Companies for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Third Parties with Permission: We may share your information with third parties to whom you ask us to send your information.

Agents and Consultants: Prinmedia may hire other companies to perform certain business-related functions such as processing payments or maintaining databases. They will only receive information necessary to perform their function.

Legal Requirements: Prinmedia may disclose your Personal Data if required by law or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights or property, ensure user safety, or protect against legal liability.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

We reserve the right to terminate the Service at any time.

Any kind of verbal or written abuse toward a Prinmedia member or employee will result in immediate account termination.

We reserve the right to remove any content deemed unlawful, offensive, threatening, or violating third-party copyrights.
